Romaine Slaw

This is a side at a nice restaurant in Pullman.

Romaine, julienned very fine, incorporated with scallion tops and dill, and then finished with red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and salt.

 

Utterly addictive, and a great palate-cleanser.
